Our room was cozy, but really noisy at night from the street.

The rooms are silent and big size, and are complete with air-conditioner and nice tiles in the bathroom plus sharp edged sloping ceiling. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet🙂❤

Good location. Adequate bedroom and bath.
It didn't have air conditioning so we had to leave the window open. They were celebrating 150 years since Risorgemento and partied until 3am. We really couldn't sleep.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was quite small and the air conditioning was not as effective as expected, leading to some discomfort during the warmer evenings.

It was a perfect location for walking to the main historical sights, close to shopping and great restaurants. Parking in an underground garage was nearby. The staff spoke english. The room had everything we needed - a king bed, a decent size bathroom, cable tv, mini fridge, mini bar and free wi-fi. The price was an excellent value for a city hotel.
The bed was a bit firm for my taste and the pillows were a little lumpy.

Very warm reception, good breafast perfect location !
Relatively small room and the car parking is quite expencive and far from the hotel (400m) but this is norma for this part of the city

The room featured a powerful shower with lots of hot water and a clean space equipped with a safe.
Driving in the city was challenging, with parking quite a distance from the hotel and on the pricey side. Some rooms were smaller than expected, with complaints about uncomfortable beds and the air conditioning not being effective enough, rendering the space uncomfortably warm.

The location was perfect for museums, theatres and shops. Just a couple of blocks from everything
I was not happy with the cleaning of my room: towels have been changed every day but sometimes the room was full of dust
